Shipping

There are 2 options for shipping in Malaysia

1) Poslaju (below 500gm)
       rm 7 (peninsula)
       rm 9. 50 for (Sabah & Sarawak)
*Recipient sign is required

 2) Pos ekspres
       rm 4 (medium envelop)
       rm 5 (large envelop)
*Recipient sign is not required


POS Operation hours:


Mon – Fri : 8.30am to 8.00pm 
Saturdays: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
(except 1st Saturday of the month and Public Holidays)

Estimate shipping period is about 1 to 3 working days after the item been posted. Pinecone handmade will not be held responsible for any delay in shipping caused by courier services. To avoid the problem we advise customers to order earlier especially during special occasion such as valentine's day, mother's day and etc.

Every parcel will be checked thoroughly before posted out to ensure that it is in the good condition. Pinecone handmade is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by POS once the parcel has been posted.

After your parcel is posted, you will get a tracking number and you can always check your delivery status online

邮寄方式有两种选择

       rm 9.50 (东马)
＊需收件人签收

2） Pos ekspres
       rm 4 (中号信封)
       rm 5(大号信封)
＊不需收件人签收


POS 操作时间：

星期一至星期五: 8.30am to 8.00pm 

星期六: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
（每个月的第一个星期六和公共假期休息）

包裹／信件寄出后，邮寄过程大概需要1至3个工作天。如果邮寄时间超出预定日期，请谅解松子手工坊对此无法负责。为了避免迟收到包裹／信件的问题，请各位提早下订单（尤其是特别节日，如情人节母亲节等等）


每件物品在邮寄之前都会通过仔细的检查，以确保物品是在完美的状态下被寄出。如果在邮寄的过程中包裹／信件遗失或被弄损，请谅解松子手工坊对此无法承担任何责任。
